Konica KM1024 MHB 14PL Printhead with Heater

The Konica KM1024 MHB 14pl piezo on-demand print head boasts 1024 nozzles with a droplet size of 14 picoliter and a native resolution of 360 dpi. Konica KM1024 MHB 14pl is fitted with double the number of nozzles installed on the KM512 printhead, which facilitates the high density needed to deliver 72mm print width.
This increase in width further extends the application of the printhead to high productivity projects. Power usage decreases by 50% due to the installation of the new, high efficiency piezo actuator, and an in-built heater makes it compatible with UV and solvent inks.
The Konica Minolta KM1024 MH 14pl printhead operates in both binary and 8 level grayscale mode, offering variable drop size and increased print quality without requiring extra print heads. It comes with Head ID, required waveform information and product warranty.
