Spectra Polaris PQ 512/15pl AAA Print Head

Spectra Polaris PQ-512/15pl AAA print head is equipped with 512 independent channels configured in several rows at 200 dots-per-inch spacing for single color operation, or 100 dots-per-inch spacing for two color operation. Spectra Polaris 512/15pl was designed for binary jetting applications and it uses 15-picolitres native drop size with 8 meters per second nominal drop velocity used for jetting fluids within the 8-20 centipoise range.

Spectra Polaris 512/15pl functionality includes adjustable binary operation at drop sizes of up to 30 picoliter with resolutions of up to 1000dpi thanks to cutting edge VersaDrop technology.

Applied in a variety of commercial and industrial printing environments, Spectra Polaris 512/15pl offers a reliable, high performance solution suited for aqueous, solvent and UV-based wide format printers typically found in demanding production environments.
