When buying the heads from us, you can be sure you will receive an original unused and tested head sealed in manufacturer box. Unlike some other suppliers, we don't open the heads ourselves and we never delete any serial numbers on it. That is why we can provide the free replacement of the head if it is defected. Buying an opened head is always a risk which can cost a lot of nerves and money.

All printheads we sell are brand new and original. We are based in Hong Kong, ship worldwide.

We accept Paypal, credit cards, bank transfers and Western Union. After receiving the payment, we ship the goods by Hong Kong EMS (delivery 3-5 working days). Shippings are every Tuesday and Friday. The cost of shipping is USD29.95 (flat rate worldwide).
